Since a young age, I have helped my father in beekeeping which later turned into a passion. I studied beekeeping and afterward wrote the official book on “Beekeeping and Honey Production” for the Department of Agricultural Education at the Ministry of Agriculture.

When agro-tourism and cultural tourism started to develop in Lebanon, I was inspired to introduce the wonderful world of bees and the benefits of honey. While wearing a bee-keeper outfit, you get an up-close view of the bee colony and then taste the raw honey and pollen directly from the bee hives.

Also, I have directed a series of workshops on “Agricultural Heritage and Homemade Products - Mouneh” remembering and preparing ancient,  preservatives-free recipes.

Living in Mristi, managing my organic land, I invite you to come to pick fruits and vegetables to purchase and take home. It’s a u-pick experience in a clean urban environment.

As a rural guide with the LMT (Lebanese Mountain Trail), hiking has become more than a hobby. This trail is the home of unique natural and cultural heritage. You can see old bridges, ruins, traditional mills, and grapes presses.
