Hailing from Kobeyat, I've proudly served as a local tourist guide in this remarkable region since 2018. Every weekend, I lead groups on hikes suitable for all levels, ranging from beginners to advanced enthusiasts. These excursions vary in duration, spanning from two or three hours to full-day adventures, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the bountiful natural beauty of Akkar.
During these journeys, we uncover the secrets of the region's wildlife, flora, and its rich history, as evidenced by ancient monuments and ruins.
In the summer, our paths wind through scenic hiking trails, while in winter, we don snowshoes to navigate the snow-covered terrain. My passion for nature has always burned brightly within me. Although I work in programming, I consider myself fortunate to have become a local guide, thanks to training sessions generously provided by the Environment Council.
To me, these hikes are like a breath of fresh air each time. They also serve as a unique opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of preserving our precious natural surroundings.
